A match made in heaven?
We're seeking exclusively for IT specialists with 10 years or more of experience. As an architect, engineer, or consultant, for example. You must have experience dealing with distant clients and be willing to work flexible hours (e.g. due to different time zones). It is required that you speak and write English fluently. Other language abilities are, of course, advantageous.
Because we place such a high value on client interactions, interpersonal skills may be even more valuable than technical abilities. Customers are regarded as partners and friends by us. And we enjoy behaving in this manner.
Less experienced applicants, on the other hand, may have the necessary mindset and guts to tackle whatever is thrown at them. Give us a good pitch if you think you're one of them. And then we'll see what we've got.
